Worse trip?

In your opinion which is worse? A bad meth trip or a bad deliriant/ dissociative combo trip? I've had both but i'd say the latter is a little worse.
 
I've never tried to get high on Benadryl because the stories I read about delirium and what not. So idk but meth psychosis is pretty bad sometimes
 
I had an od on promethazine dm (dxm) once and it was horrible, not only that I think it gave me serotonin syndrome.
