Worse Detox: Xanax's or Seraquil

I have a pretty simple question: What is worse to Detox from Xanax's or Seroquel? I alternate between the 2 to go to sleep every night. I'm going to have to make a decision so that I wont be Dual Addicted. It's 200mg of Seroquel I take or 4-6mg's of Xanax every night. Any input will be greatly appreciated.....

Xanax, its a benzo and benzo withdrawl is complete hell.

Xanax for sure.. Withdrawal from high doses of benzodiazepines can cause seizures. And if you are lucky to not suffer a seizure, the w/d is fucking hell. Worse than heroin in my experience. I have taken seroquel for extended amounts of time, and never really had much trouble upon cessation.

Xanax. By a seriously long shot, given the choice between the two, I'd say Seroquel is better at knocking you out as well (your mileage may vary)

Xanax has the worse withdrawl. But youy cant discount the side effects that antiphycotics can cause Tadactive Disconesia(SP?) which is permanent involuntary facial movements. Some other nasty ones to. Unless your taking huge doses of xanax just using it for sleep would be ok.
