need to know info .
i took vyvanse for the first time last night .
100mg .
im 135 pounds .
my heart feels like its working hard i cant stand up too fast .
my skin is sloptchy (not too noticeable but the "Chicken Scratch" on the side of my arm are redder than they usually ((if you dont no what that is its like a rash but it doesnt itch you just have it when you're really pale )))
and i took the first one last night at 12:15 ish then the second like 12:55
 
Weird. Drink lots of water and try and eat some healthy foods, if it stays the same or gets worse you should probably see a doctor. If you're abusing it that can account for the tachycardia but the rash thing I don't know, perhaps a coincidence. You say you get them already so I figure...
 
A total of 100 mg? I don't think that it'd be dangerous, but I can see how it'd make you feel like shit. I don't know what the rash is, but if it's something you get normally then you shouldn't worry about it. If you have any downers available you might want to utilize them for sleeping and crash-avoiding purposes.
 
If you're really worried perhaps call a friend to keep watch over you just in case. In my opinion, you should be alright if you made it this far. Assuming you are in the same general time zone as me, its been around 12 hours and the peak effects should be over. That's probably a high dose for you(assuming little/no tolerance) so heart problems are expected. As said above make sure to stay hydrated and eat if possible. I would suggest a light dose of benzos or another cns depressant but idk if that would be safe in your condition. It would slow your heart rate though.

And Coolio makes a good point. Don't take two doses that close together. I'm assuming you did that because you waited 40min and felt nothing. For future reference it takes around 30min-1hour just as the onset.

You'll be okay, but if I were you I wouldn't take it again, or if you do take it again try like 20mg to start
