Worried because I didn't so a CWE (3000mg APAP + 1200mg sulfogaiacol)

I had some codeine pills and was being too lazy to do a CWE.

6x 15/500 codeine/paracetamol
4x 15/300 codeine/sulfogaiacol (which is an expectorant)
1x glass of wine

So 3000mg of APAP and 1200mg of sulfogaiacol.

This was 6 hours ago. I feel fine right now, but I'm still a bit worried. Anything I can do to increase my odds of not dying? I've been drinking a lot of water and I already decided no more alcohol for at least 4 days.

You're fine man. For real, I used to not even extract codeine from tylenol 3's when I did opiates a long time ago. I've taken closer to 8 grams no negative effects (Not to encourage people to take that much, just trying to make him feel better about his situation) I've had my liver examined after heavy tylenol 3 abuse and it was only like a few centimeter enlarged, with no permanent damage. No way you're going to die.

In fact, if you look on google there's people who take like 50-100 tylenol ONES a day. Although this is completely retarded, i'm merely trying to emphasize how resilient the human body is.

Thanks, I figured I was over reacting. I just felt a nauseous for a second and panicked a bit. Also, idea what sulfogaiacol is? Google has totally failed me on this.

Just to be anal, everyone is so different, it is presumptuous to say someone will definitely be totally fine just because others have taken the same amount of APAP or more without problem. Signs of an APAP overdose can take a long time to show up. Having said that, a one-time use of 3000mg in 24 hrs is generally considered safe (although it's not really recommended to take that much all in one dose or to drink alcohol with it). If you're worried about it (or take too much APAP in the future), taking milk thistle helps a lot, but I don't think you're very likely to go into acute liver failure or anything from that much APAP if you are otherwise healthy. Nausea is common with codeine and I get nausea from APAP itself.

Not sure about the sulfogaiacol... That is quite a large dose. I'm having trouble finding out much info about it or whether or not it could potentially increase the risks from the APAP or codeine.

Sulfogaiacol is similar to guaifenesin. The most common side effects of guaifenesin are dry mouth, nausea, vomiting, stomach upset or diarrhea/constipation. It can sometimes cause the formation of kidney stones of uric acid. The risk of forming kidney stones can be reduced by drinking lots of water and increasing the pH of urine. It is not listed as having any drug interactions and effects from taking too much are just listed as "unknown" or "nausea/vomiting", so as far as I can tell it should be relatively safe.
