Benzos Worried about withdrawl from 3 week benzo use

Ive been taking xanax and klonopin for about the past two weeks at least every other day. Not huge doses but over a three week period went thru 25mg of benzos. Im about to run out, have one .5 xanax left and was wondering if i have to worry about seizures or other hard core withdrawl from benzos. Ive also been drinking quite frequently the past week and a half. I have gabapentin so that should curb the seizure risk hopefully. Any advice would be helpful. Is that amount of benzo use enough to cause physical side effects? And should i take more gabapentin to curb the withdrawl?
