Worried, about to roll, but not sure about my brain chemistry.

So.... I have been on a low dose of quetiapine for sleep, taken as needed for about 2 weeks now. I dont take it every day. and by low dose I mean 25mg. The last dose i took was around 9 hours ago, would it be safe to roll? I have some fairly pure powder mdma and was thinking of having a little fun tonight. I have searched, but I sort of need an answer asap. Thanks everybody. Peace and love.
 
Would it be better to not take my quetiapine tonight and then roll tomorrow night? To achieve the full effects? Or should I just go for it?

After doing some reading, I think it would be best for me not to take my dose of seroquel tonight and then roll tomorrow night when its out of my system. Thanks guys. Sometimes its just better to wait :D
 
No need to constantly bump you thread. You'll get an answer soon enough.

Personally, I would combine the two together. I don't have any firsthand experience with combining quetiapine and MDMA, but the few posts that I've read about this combo suggests that this not a good combo due to quetiapine's effect on the seratonin and dopamine system.
 
I am waiting at least 24 hours after my last dose of quetiapine before dosing. Whatever agonistic action seroquel causes should be gone by then, and then I should be able to enjoy my roll. As I said in my post before, I DO NOT TAKE QUETIAPINE EVERYDAY and therefore my infrequent use of such a small dose (25mg) should theoretically not cause too much change in my brains chemistry.
Whatever changes may have happened should have gone back to normal considering I do not use this medication as a mood stabilizer and to my limited knowledge, it affects your histamine receptors at low doses and does not start messing with serotonin/dopamine until one reaches the higher doses.
 
At those dose, and correct me if I am wrong, it is mostly just acting as an anti-histamine anyways, and probably couldn't cause any problems.

But yeah, waiting 24 hours would be best.
