Worried about poppy addiction, when shal i take a break?

i never used to use opiates much at all, bit of oxy every few months maybe, but last week i got a large amount of poppy pods to try. Ive been on them 24/7 since tuesday, so 5 days by tonight (sunday here in uk). Should i take a few days off this week? when will any withdrawals set in?

Have an issue with Roxicet
Took have a sub this morning at 7am
Not sure whether it was half of a 2mg or 8mg

When would I feel the effects of an Rx again?
