Working out while on Ecstasy?

Do you use ECA stack or just the ephidrine?

Its a stimulant that increases your heart rate - where did you find the information that says taking it 4 times a week is 'safe'?

I use 8mgs with ephedrine with no other drugs typically (ocassionally caffeine) before a long run (over 12 miles) 2x a week on average. I'm young and in good shape, but ephedrine reallllly helps.

4x a week is what my own MD and trainer told me would be acceptable at 25mgs. I try to keep it low and keep my tolerance down- I've certainly abused it in the past.
 
holly shit I thought this was a joke. That is seriously the stupidest waste of MDMA i have ever heard of. Next ask the question. Should i take MDMA and sit in a closet.
on a serious note if you need something to increase your workout ephedrine is great but hard to come by... Try NOS Xplode. its cheap, legal, and works!!!!
 
This has to be a joke. Half the time when I am rolling I can't even move, let alone wanting to lift weights. Maybe if you rolled and experienced what it was like, this dumb question wouldn't be asked. Roll hard for a night and then tell me you want to work out while on it..

Also, E would be the last drug I would recommend anyone using for weight loss. I mean really?
 
Don't be so down on the guy, is running on MDMA that different than dancing like crazy? I don't think it's wise at all, but I know from experience I've felt a bit "rolly" on the treadmill when I've taken ephedrine. Being that running is intense cardio, rolling would prove to be hazardous (if even possible! Lol)...but to reiterate, there certainly are many work out supplements that work fine for motivating you while doing cardio and won't have you tripping out on the treadmill lights and hugging the trainers ;)
 
Uhh.. mdma is not a weight loss supplement! If you think you're going to start rolling and losing a bunch of weight, you're retarded. You just end up gaining all of it back when you stop. It doesn't help you burn calories, it causes a loss of appetite... so you're starving yourself. That's real healthy.
Work out. Eat healthy. Don't use drugs as a diet. And ENJOYYY your first time rolling, don't think about how much weight you might lose.
 
yeah don't do it dude, bad idea ..yes you lost weight but once you recover from it you put it all back on ..hang out with friends have a good time ..working out on E ..sorry but im laughing as writing this ..i've never once had the thought of working out on E ..
 
working out relises the same stuff in the brain as MDMA. So you are already getting that GOOD feeling just not as rushy intence. Belive me your body will be working out on MDMA no matter what you are doing.
 
I lift weights on a regular basis and I cannot fathom doing ecstasy while at the gym.

Although I agree that people are being a little too harsh...dancing your ass off at a rave the whole night is definitely a workout, more of a workout than most of you do on a normal basis I'm sure.

The main problem I would see with it is the weight lifting aspect. When I roll, my muscles turn to jelly and at times I can hardly keep myself standing up (during the peak). Trying to lift something heavy would not go over well...

Working out whilst on MDMA isn't such a good idea because MDMA increase's your heart rate and your body temperature as 'World' stated.You always sweat out most of whatever you drink pretty much right away.

So if you work out you risk the chance of dehydration even if you're drinking plenty of liquids,

It's you're first time you shouldn't worry about weight loss and such, as long as your pills are clean you'll have a great time.

Just listen to music and enjoy conversations with friends, make sure to keep yourself hydrated( but don't stress about that, I know people who really stress about how much water or whatever they drink while rolling.)

But.. I have done a couple push ups for fun while rolling it gave me euphoric kinda rush through my body, but after ony like 4 push up my heart rate increased a lot, I could feel my chest pounding for a moment whilse I sat down and caught my breath.

Listen to him! Don't do it. Sometimes just sitting down on ex (at least for me) I start shaking and sweating. I could never work out on ex
 
i dont know about you guys but after i get back from the rave i love to grab the weights and do some curls. no extreme weight or anything too intense. it feels fucking great. yoga as well. i also notice that even if i do a ton of reps i never feel sore in the morning its kind of weird
 
yeah while peaking not gonna happen for me, most the time i dont get off the couch/floor, i don't roll often anymore so when i do im out of commision for the duration pretty much. last couple times i almost fell over just walking across the room, if i was lifting weights or maneuvering something heavy i would end up hurting myself or hurting someone else most likely. reminds me i had a buddy fall out a tree while rolling one time. if i do anything ill stretch or do some yoga/meditation while on mdx compounds.
 
Same, lifting while rolling? That's a very stupid question lol... if you're rolling balls you start to loose your natural balance a little bit and have a tingly body/head. By far the dumbest question ever asked on BL beside the 'can you fax acid' one.

The only type of physical activity I engage in while rolling is sexual activity. Although, we start out ok but, finishing never happens. I don't think that lifting weights or cardio exercise is a good idea because other than the raised heart rate, most likely your coordination will be way off and cause injury.

Interesting subject at least.

Raising core body temperature during MDMA use is a VERY bad idea, because it directly influences toxicity in the brain.
Colder temps control even the worst acute MDMA reactions.
So a real workout is a BAD idea.

Yet I used to fuck for at least an hour EVERY time I rolled.
Certainly raised my temperature and caused the loss of fluid.
And I never regretted it whatsoever, and was always able to 'finish'.

Also, exercise seems to regrow serotonin axons!
So working out in the days prior to MDMA should greatly enhance the experience.
And the days following might minimize some of the nasty toxic metabolites.

But during is not a great idea.
I love working out, but it simply doesn't make sense.
Cardio, in the form of sex, maybe.
But lifting?

Hard to imagine.
 
I just read all the responses to this thread. You guys are NOT going to like what I have to add.
Please keep in mind that I am not recommending anything I did or do for someone else to try.

I took molly as a way of life for about 8 months straight. I took just enough to get through the day and I did it every day, 7 days a week. I woke up and took my first dose before I did anything else. I was still able to go to bed at a reasonable hour at night. I took the biggest dose of the day about an hour before my 2 to 3 hour workout. I checked my heart rate on the treadmill to make sure it wasn't getting too high. I drank plenty of water, but not too much water. Obviously, this was not healthy for me. I had to stop the molly when I started bleeding from the ears, waking up with blood on my pillow every morning. I lost about 70lbs in that time period.

Currently, I am taking amped. I have tried many, many people's mixes of molly. It is all made differently and all has differences in the high you feel. Amped, in my opinion, feels EXACTLY like the best molly I have ever had, if not better. I have been doing amped now for about 4 months. I use it the same way I used the molly, as explained above. I have lost another 30lbs so far. At my heaviest, after my serious injury and being in a wheelchair for a year, I was 270lbs. I just weighed myself tonight and I am down to 168lbs. That stupid BMI calculator says I should be about 135lbs because I am 5ft4. I have no idea how I will get to that and don't really believe I ever will. I'm just not built for that I think.

So, basically what I want to say to anyone who is thinking about trying this; I thoroughly enjoy working out while using. I have all the energy in the world, never get tired, never feel sore, and time just flies by.
BUT...PAY ATTENTION... BUT!!! I don't recommend it!! It is never a good idea to pick up a bad habit that is hard to stop. I feel horribly guilty inside every time someone says how good I look with the weight loss. I wish I could've done it safely, so that I would feel like I actually deserve the compliments.
