Working out while on Ecstasy?

Before I get bashed, no, I have not tried ecstasy. But I'm planning on trying it this weekend at a party. Besides that, I've read a lot about the "weight loss" effect of the pill.. which is a huge plus ;)

So I'm just wondering .. would taking E before my workout be a bad idea?

I intensely workout for 2 hours.
Sweat A LOT.

Also, if you guys think I'll be okay .. when exactly should I take it?
An hour before, 2, etc .. ?

I wouldn't work out on MDMA. E raises your body temperature and heart rate pretty high, and working out will definitely add on to that.
Another down side to MDMA is dehydration, and working out is exactly if not more intensive as dancing in a club, so you could become very dehydrated.

But, just like most people, you're probably going to do it anyways, so if you do make sure you stay properly hydrated [and not too hydrated].
 
Working out whilst on MDMA isn't such a good idea because MDMA increase's your heart rate and your body temperature as 'World' stated.You always sweat out most of whatever you drink pretty much right away.

So if you work out you risk the chance of dehydration even if you're drinking plenty of liquids,

It's you're first time you shouldn't worry about weight loss and such, as long as your pills are clean you'll have a great time.

Just listen to music and enjoy conversations with friends, make sure to keep yourself hydrated( but don't stress about that, I know people who really stress about how much water or whatever they drink while rolling.)

But.. I have done a couple push ups for fun while rolling it gave me euphoric kinda rush through my body, but after ony like 4 push up my heart rate increased a lot, I could feel my chest pounding for a moment whilse I sat down and caught my breath.
 
Yeah, doing extensive activity's on MDMA can be fun (like racing your friends or shit like that), but too much could dehydrate you badly.
 
Don't do it. Ecstasy and working out do not mix. It's also kind of a waste of the incredible experience. You should also not look at it as a weight loss aid. Ecstasy is not something you can take every day, or every week for that matter, without a serious impact on your physical and mental health.

If you enjoy staying active, my suggestion is to take ecstasy when you'll be able to dance all night long.......It's a better workout than jogging on a lame treadmill for an hour, and much more fun. ;)
 
no offense but thats retarded. besides dancing at a rave why would you wanna risk passing out and putting your body through that...who wants to fuckin work out on ectasy? just listen to music and bond with your homies like the good lord intended it for....working out is definitely a sober activity.
 
Take the advice of what everyone has said. Don't do it. It isn't worth the risk, and it is a waste of a roll IMHO. I don't really understand why you'd want to work out and roll at the same time. Maybe because of your inexperience you don't quite understand what ecstasy does. Yes, it can supress your appetite; that's what it was originally intended to do, but it wouldn't be something you take for that specific purpose of losing weight.

Yeah you should def roll at a good party with a bunch of friends at least a few times and then think about rollin and workin out. i went from 148 lbs. to 130 in 2 days. it gives you a much diff experience than u seem to think
 
Your perception of "the wall" is affected while rolling. The wall being your limit, point of bodily exhaustion. You could seriously hurt yourself.
 
Its funny how people have such a strong idea of when its ok and when its not ok for somebody to use a drug based on when they like to 'roll'.

Taking MDMA and then going dancing for 12 hours in a hot club/rave probably puts as much if not more strain on your heart than doing your normal cardio workout for an hour.

I wouldnt advise MDMA for a workout for your first time though - get to know the drug, how you react on it - you will probably feel that the stimulation and empathy you get from the drug isnt really suited to working out on.

People enjoy MDMA in differert ways !
 
Ephedrine is my favorite work out supplement- and you can safely take it 4x a week or so.

Do you use ECA stack or just the ephidrine?

Its a stimulant that increases your heart rate - where did you find the information that says taking it 4 times a week is 'safe'?
 
lol! ill bet you money that you would not even be able to lift the bar while rollling! youll be too amused by the lights and music. bad idea, just enjoy it with friends.
 
I definitely wouldn't want to lift anything,. Maybe a little running. I just wouldn't waste my first experience on the weight room
