on the days that i do nothing, my benzo tolerance is very high, but what i work out and let the hypertension go away, I take a benzo and get a better effect from it, does anyone else have this or is t just a placebo effect?

probably placebo, or the increase of other neurotransmitters present after exercise adding to the benzo buzz

makes sense tbh.

I think exercising helps your psychological well being in general, makes you feel better. Thus, drugs have a more prominent effect, cause if you are already feeling good, they kinda stack on top of it and add to an already existing euphoria. Rather than just pulling you out of the gutter, and just back to "normal".

However, i would be clueless to the actual science behind it.

I would think since its messing with the central nervous system, that if you have an intense exercise, you can temporarily lower it since its creating a shock to the cns
