Screw that chick at your work..!
To me, she sounds like one of those nosey corporate ass kissers who get some sort of weird rush off trying to dominate the work place.
I work with some dudes like that..
This one guy (who is just as equal as me) goes and dobs us in to the big boss and tells him to check the security cameras if we park our cars in the loading dock during night shift working hours... It's so stupid!
And if I don't wear the right hi-vis uniform or any other minor bit of safety protection, he will instantly file reports against me..
I don't get people who get that in to their job...
