It was a small gathering of friends. I'm not sure what drugs were involved, definitely alcohol and pot, some shrooms most likely, possibly acid, definitely speed, perhaps some coke.
Anyway, we were pretty messed up and someone spilled something, I immediately got out a towel and dried it up. Someone commented how handy it was that I had a towel ready to go at all times. My slurred words, use of two different languages strung together produced the following:
"It's a habitchakeub in England." - by which I meant (in a mixture of English and Icelandic) "It's a habit I picked up in England", because I lived in the staff section of a hotel while I was there and we always had fresh towels and kept spilling everything.
Later that evening someone spilled something again, and asked for "that habitchakeub thing". That's when I realized that several of my friends believed that standby towels were known as "Habitchekeubs" all over England, I laughed for like five minutes before I could explain it, and since then we always have a Habitchekeub around when we get blasted.
