How to use:
- Post all messages to be randomly selected and displayed in your new forum notice in the post directly beneath this one.
- Don't post anything else in that post as it will also be interpreted as a message to be displayed.
- Separate individual messages with a SINGLE PRESS OF THE RETURN KEY.
- That means the message can be multiple lines long if you really want, as long as you don't press return.
- Return creates an (invisible) line break (<br>) and it's that break that the system uses to determine where one message ends and a new one begins.
- You can use BBCode in the messages. This includes links to other threads, posts or websites, text formatting, color, background color, textboxes and so on.
- Every time the forum page is reloaded, a new random message may display
- The only limit to the number of potential messages the system can display is the system-wide character limit on individual posts.
Bear in mind that a message which seems quite short and contained on a desktop computer may take up an enormous chunk of the forum page on narrower screens (such as mobiles). 70-80% of all users are on mobiles, so they are our main target and concern and the people we consider first when making design decisions. Thus, if it looks too ridiculous on a mobile screen, I'll either ask you to shorten it or delete it.
