One of the current moderators of words is being forced to step down from the position due to unfortunate real life circumstances. While I can't offer more information than that at this time for reasons of privacy, we do have an open position that we would like to have filled.
We are looking for someone who is active in the words forum and has a good posting history on the rest of BL. You should be willing to check the forum on a regular basis so you can respond to threads, deal with troublesome users in a professional manner and moderate as you see fit. As a member of staff, other BLers look up to you!

It is probably important to note that Words has less traffic than some of the other sub-forums on Bluelight, so the workload is fairly light. It's a perfect entry-level position for those of you who have little to no experience moderating forums.
