I am so sorry you are suffering. Allergies really do drain the life out of you especially when its your nose!

Do be hopeful there are lots of brilliant treatments out there and it will come right.

I actually have 2 purifiers on the go 24/7 because urban air is so foul and full of nasty pollutants and particulates

We also have one 24 hours a day, to catch the 'hazardous waste'.

Luckily where I stay the air is relatively pure, the only thing one can smell is horse poo!

That's not as bad as pollution. I guess the term horse remains (shit) is a slang in many other languages.
