Ahh I see well you have to prepare the meat just right to get it tender

Ah so somewhat like a poultry version of lamb.

I need to get some lamb chops to roast.

Am craving lamb

I actually roasted a chicken last night with potatoes and veggies

Was absolutely divine!

Well roasted lamb is quite heavenly.

Truly one of the few meats that keep me from vegetarianism.

You should try our biltong (jerky) - its even better

Looks tasty, beef is the other big meat on there.

I have a cattle farm just up the road from my house.

When we drive past my hubby always goes mmm steak, mmm chop etc - we have a good laugh
