I'm a regular viewer of this site but just recently registered. Here's the deal: I have what is called autoimmune hepatitis. This basically means that my body is rejecting my liver. Now I feel great and for all intents and purposes the disease appears to be showing signs of remission.
Now on to my question....
I get a monthly prescription of 90 hydrocodones a month. While this definitely helps, I could use something a little...er....more potent. I was wondering if anyone is familiar enough with this condition to be able to tell me what a reasonable request would be when I go see the dr. Would it be absolutely ridiculous to try for something like low dose oxy or morphine?
