If exercise or other natural means can accomplish the same or better results, I think it's a no-brainer.
I know exercise, different kinds of massage (especially with oils), and certain skin-firming ingredients that are used on the face to stimulate collagen production (like Retinoids) can make a noticable difference. Also some types of modern technology, like laser lights and micro-currents.
I love all those expensive home-beauty machines, like the one that blows out ozone to refreshen and purify the skin (wonderful fresh smell). Oxygen facials are also miraculous and can make a woman look 10 years younger or just really good for her age. I would love a home-based oxygen machine but they cost a fortune.
But I want some more of these fun tools. The Dermawand, which uses Radiofrequency, is high on my list. One that uses Thermal technology to stimulate collagen is also interesting. The expensive Clarisonic brush I just found a waste of money, though (before I broke it). It looks impressive, but it's basically just a coarse rotating brush that doesn't get too deeply into the pores, and you can do better with a handheld brush in my opinion. There is only so much exfoliation you need, and acids are more effective here.
I wonder if they have something they can inject into your breasts to give them a lift, though?
