A woman has been charged after allegedly being found with 879 MDMA capsules at a music festival in Sydney on Saturday night.

Mary Naioko, 20, was refused bail on Sunday at Parramatta Local Court, following the alleged detection of MDMA capsules on her body at a rave being held at Hordern Pavilion.

Police, with the aid of sniffer dogs, charged 35 people with drug offences, including a 21-year-old man who had 200 MDMA capsules seized.

Another man, aged 19, was found with 103 capsules. Both men were charged with supply of an indictable quantity of drugs and granted conditional bail.

The event, attended by about 5000 people, was organised by Harder Styles United, who billed the rave to be one of "the most spectacular and intense indoor rave arena's HSU has ever created".

Last week organisers used their Facebook page to warn patrons of the drug operation and remind partygoers to "take care of one another".
Organisers have not yet commented on the arrests.

Another rave at the same venue in October ended with four apparent overdoses.

All drugs seized during the operation will undergo specialist forensic testing.

During the operation police received reports that three people were treated at the scene by paramedics before being taken to hospital.

One of the three, a girl believed to be aged in her 20s, remains in hospital. The other two were later discharged.

The arrests follow a number of recent drug related deaths at music festivals,

A woman died after taking 'Snapchat' pills at Stereosonic festival in Sydney in late November, with another death only a few days later during the Adelaide leg of the festival.

How the hell did she think she could sell over 900 pills at an event with sniffer dogs etc.....This is just stupid.

Yeah mate, it's a classic hey, instead the UK press report on cannabis busts with 14 plants.

Pigeons keeping warm in cold weather lead police to cannabis farm

A CANNABIS farm was discovered by cops who saw hundreds of pigeons huddled on the roof using heat from growing lamps to keep warm.

Police based at a station just yards from the house became suspicious when the birds cosied up there in the winter months.

They also noticed it was the only roof in the area without frost on it.

Officers organised a raid and found 14 cannabis plants, capable of producing up to £1,200 worth of the Class B every ten weeks.

Cops believe the heat from lamps used to grow dope acted like a radiator in Newton-le-Willows, Merseyside.

A source said: “Police became suspicious on the first frosty morning of the winter about ten days ago.

“The roof was covered with about 300 pigeons all keeping warm. They’ve all moved on now though.”

An onlooker said: “It seems obvious when you think about it. It’s like the criminals were waving a sign saying they were growing cannabis. The birds blew their cover.”

It comes as 1.4 tons of cocaine disguised as wooden pallets was seized in Valencia, Spain. Twelve were arrested, including in Britain.

The drug has previously been found inside a crockery set, a wig, a plaster cast encasing a man’s broken leg and breast implants.

I knew someone once who was keeping a stash for their boyfriend in her undies, she thought it went in her vag and was paranoid so they went to the Doctors and low and behold she took off her undies and it was wedged between her ass cheeks. She was a petite girl as well but was just paranoid I think and couldn't work it out at the time.
