Opioids Woke up gasping for air after consuming opiates

I took 30mg oxy with 50mg promethazine, 90mg codeine and 200mg of tapentadol all within a four m-five our span. Around an hour ago I was watching a show and then blinked as I woke up with my body gasping for air. I have no idea how much time has passed by. This kinda scared me shitless and I genuinely feel like I might have lost braincells, like I feel really out of it. Anyone else experience this
