I'm sorry if this post is at the wrong place... but I feel like I should post it here as the (aus and asia) forum has no one in asia, and I am originally based in cali...
hope my experience would bring some valuable info to others? or if others could give me some input?
Just a short history of me, I was on tar for 4, 5 months, figured the withdrawals are too crazy and had to do something about it since it burned me financially. I have pretty great family background and STILL it screwed me. So I got 80 mg total of suboxone, and took a trip to somewhere in Asia to see my fam... :D
Took my goodbye smokes before I got on the plane, about 20 hours later (maybe cuz i was sleeping on the plane, and environment changing, the withdrawals did not hit me till 18~20 hours. (it usually starts hitting me 12~16 hours max, and before I took my goodbye 0.5 gram dose throughout the day, my dealer couldn't re-up for a whole 24 hours+, so I went through approx 6 hours of early (but painful) withdrawals.
Here's one question, did that 6 hour prolonged my last withdrawal? so that it came later? it was much milder than that 6 hours so did I payed some dues?
Anyways, I finally took 4 mg of suboxone and was getting a little stable, however still some discomfort. Ever since that first day, (considering the half life), i took only 2mg daily (either snort or plug) till today (day6). I was not quite feeling the withdrawals but am getting hot/cold flushes and weird shivers when its clearly room temperature higher than body heat. So today I took 2mg sublingually.
Now here's the gold. The place I am in right now.... I took a trip to the pharmacy to get some nicorette and out of curiosity asked them about the benzos.... i ended up getting 20 xanax, 10 valium and 10 klonopins... no prescriptions!! i popped the valium half an hour ago and didnt feel much yet, but i guess I will be able to use these benzos to have some sort of comfort and kill the depression/anxiety that rides along even with subs?
Here's 2 questions I need answers.....
1. If i buy a good stock of benzos and take em back to the states, will I get in trouble at the customs? (i think this is relevant to the NA forum) I could say I got prescribed oversea, but does the regulation apply for ppl getting their drugs from oversea? How should I do this? I got my xanax at 50 cents each, its so fuckin cheap!!!!
2. I will be going tomorrow to the pharmacy and ask about opiates (i will tread lightly XD) but IF i cannot get hold of any opiates, how should I use my benzos to at least get some sort of high and/or ride through my trip for another week? Cravings are quite gone but still got the mental desire to do some opiates... its just so fun...
