4 friends and I had a little brocation this past weekend, and one of the nights was designated as rolling night. One friend had never done it, and generally just drinks - no drugs, not even weed. Another friend had some a few months ago, and that was his first time, again not a drug user. That first time, I was with him, and the stuff we had was really odd. He said he had a fairly high dose, and wasn't THAT affected. So I just concluded maybe he's just got a high tolerance for it, and he thought the same. A little background about this guy - he's not a "chill" type. Super competitive, intense and not a guy who'd smoke weed if that makes sense.
Ok, with that intro out of the way, here's what we did. 5 guys. 8 moonrocks, 8 mollies (100 mg each). The friend who's never done it, stayed sober. (And thank god for this) The other friend, he mimic'd what I did and my other 2 friends. All 3 of us are fairly experienced drug users, and we all smoke regularly. We took 2 MRs, then 1 molly about an hour in, and then another about an hour later. I usually go 300 mg or more. So my friend, he takes a few tokes earlier than everyone else, because he's acting like its wearing off already on him, which is like in line with his first experience. So I'm like ok, let's pop another one. And we pop the 3rd, and then the 4th. Started at 9 am btw. The first hour or two in, he's fine, great even. In fact, he seemed to be having a really good roll. And then it got crazy. He began tripping HARD, like the insanity of a really strong acid trip, except for him, I think since he's intense and inexperienced with drugs, his mind was blown to all hell. His face was spasming uncontrollably, like weird ass creepy faces. Almost seemed like demonic possession. He was also SUPER tense, flexing and locking his entire body, hands, feet. We kept trying to relax him but as soon as we did, he'd pop back up and get all crazy again.
He would have like 5 seconds of clarity in spurts, and then go back in the rabbit hole. And during those moments, he said he was fine. he never seemed like he was bad tripping (like mental/emotionally), but damn, I can't imagine what he was feeling being fun. It really looked like he was trying to fight it so hard, but it was straight owning him. It was really jarring to see. And the crazy thing is the peak period lasted I would say, 5 hours. He couldn't form a single sentence until maybe 5 am.
I wasn't freaked out by his inability to talk, or his completely confused state of mind. It was the physical reaction that was scary. We made sure to check his temp and heart rate, and it seemed ok.
Has anyone ever seen anything like this?
