i got al 4 of my wisdom teeth pulled on friday, been taking vicodin 5/500's, about 7 or 8 a day on average. today i wake up to go to work, its 4 am and im nauseous as hell, about 15 minutes after waking up i start puking. i can't even hold water down. puked 5 or 6 times this morning + dry heaves. not to mention i felt like complete shit. stomache was churning, head was spinning and body ached. worst feeling i can remember. now, 12 hrs after waking up im startin to feel ok. i slept all day, waking up every hr or so to shit maybe puke. the hell is going on is all this from the pain killers???

sounds like you took to many Lortabs over too short a time period. Its not withdrawl just stop eating so many and you will feel better soon.

too much tylenol. like the stated earlier stop taking them for a while. and then the next time you take them, dont take more than 4-6 a day
Sounds like acetaminophen overdose.
A week of hydrocodone use might cause some discomfort, but not the symptoms you're describing.
If you're taking more than 4-6 (2-3grams) a day, you need to extract the hydrocodone from those pills to minimize your apap intake. Here's a link to the procedure -
