Withdrawing without weening

I'm withdrawing off sub. What is the best ways to do this without weening. I'm in so much pain please help
 
When was your last dose and how much were you taking? If you can't taper, maybe try to find a new sub doctor.
 
I moved to a different state and was never prescribed suboxone. There's nothing that I can use to taper at all
