That's a very broad qeustion. Withdrawal from what? Assuming opiates, take some ibuprofen, loperamide, and some healthy exercise.

you taper by slowly taking less and less every day rather than suddenly stopping.

yea and honestly nothing is going to help at all so just go thru it, and there is a light on the other side of the tunnel just dont do anything worse like taking subox for it because they will just make u sicker and then u get withdraw from the subox themselves its a lose lose but the h or other short acting opies got a short withdraw period a couple days maybe a week but when u start fucking wit the subs or meth ur lookin at 3 weeks n up! ahhhhhh yeah thats right i was sick for like a month straight n even after then it wasnt all that much better it wasnt like get sicker n then the next couple days its getting slighty better. Just the same thing over n over like groundhog day.
