Withdrawals/rls?

I stopped using painkillers a couple days ago (ran out of money ) and I am feeling withdrawal symptoms shaking,depression, vomiting but I am concerned with this pain in my legs. It is a dull pain that I can constantly feel in both of my thighs. I know about rls but I have never had it so I don't know what it feels like and besides that my legs don't twitch. Any idea what this is? I am generally a paranoid guy and maybe I'm just worrying about it too much and it will go away.

Yea it's been a few days now and I've been using Xanax so it's all good. Judging by your name I'm guessing your into opiates too.
