Withdrawal question please help!!!

Ok so im new to the forum thing but i m totally freaking out right now and need some advice and all the research i have done hasn't given me a literal answer. so ill tell you about my addiction history and then ask my question. I have been using heroin since 2011, i got clean last may and was on methadone for 6 months jumped off at 30 mgs kicked (was pure hell for 14 days) and stayed clean for a month. Relapsed in January of this year got clean for a few weeks and picked back up in February say the middle of the month so i had a habit of about 10 bags a day around here bags are small and not very potent, but anyway i decided to kick the other day took about 1 to 2 mgs of suboxone to take the edge off, i got to about 48 hours and caved and did a few bags will this put me completely back in withdrawals?? like will it start all over??? i m so scared i do not handle being sick well honestly i m a little B...h. i really want to be clean i hate using. Please any advice would be great. i do not have access to anything besides 2 more mg of sub and some ibuprofen and Imodium. thanx in advance for any advice

If I read this right you were using like 10 bags for more than a month, took subs and a couple days later relapsed right? I think withdrawals are unavoidable and if you really want to quit, stop going back and forth. Just finish the sub, take immodium and be done with it already.

I know for me every time I stopped and began using again, stopped and repeat it so many times it felt shittier. Maybe because I'm getting old. And I didn't know you could use immodium until I read it on here. Stretch out the sub you have into four doses if you can.

yes i kicked for about 48 hrs with the help of a little suboxone and then this afternoon caved and used and i just wanna know if tomorrow is gonna be just like day one again? thank you tho...no matter what im not picking up again i m so upset and mad that i did today i don't even know why i did it wasn't worth it at all, and now i m sitting here freaking out about tomorrow and if i restarted my detox : (
