Withdrawal question...please help.

I came off a five year heroin addiction cold turkey for 80 hrs. Then I found some and did 3 hits over a 24 hr period. Will my withdrawal symptoms resume where I left off? I just moved and don't have any connections , so I'm just wondering what to expect. Any advice as appreciated. Thanks

3 hits over 24 hours? I don't think you'll go into full withdrawals but its still possible you'll feel some symptoms.

I'm assuming he's asking if, after being abstinent for 80 hours, will the withdrawals be reset since he took 3 hits of H over a 24 hour period. That's at least how I read his question.

oh, i thought he was asking if this would help in some sort of tapering way, or if he was going to go back into significant withdrawal once this dope wore off. the worst of it is over in 80 hours?

yes they wont be as pronounced as prior most likely due to if u used less then usual or for less of an extended period of time, but u will withdraw, dont get it twisted just cuz u got sick for awhile n made it 3 days doesnt mean ur clean n can use with no reprecussions, even months of clean time that one use will have a day of sickness just because u have been a prior active user. -nuggbones-detroit-

That really is quite retarted. This happened to me after 8 months of sobriety.


Anyway, yeah any tappering is good so long as your really TAPPERING and not just getting reallly high one last time or whatever... If 3 hits is small for you than I wouldn't think it would make your withdrawals worse.
