I have been working out for years and except a few small cycles of tren i have been natural. Wanted to cheat a little to get beach ready so i got 40 cc's of winny (oral liquid form). I am 5'8 200 and keep some good mass just really tough to get cut. Should i be taking an anti estrogen with this winni. i am doing 1 cc a day. i am 27 years old if that matters.

Why not try clen/t3????
 
still need some test with clen/t3...t3 will eat through muscle like no other...need something that will spare it

your best bet op is get some test and run that alone...make sure the diet is in check as that is most important and you'll make the progress you want
 
don't want to gain any size

i understand that winni should be ran with test, but however i don't want to gain any size at all. i spent the winter eating like a monster and bulking up now i just want to cut the fat, water and gain some vascular advantage. i barely have enough time to workout between work and spending time with my wife. i do about an hour of cardio a day and eat honestly 95% clean. just wanted something to speed that process. Any suggestions on what else i can be doing. Friday i will be three weeks into the winni. And again do i need to be taking an anti estrogen with it.
 
cut the cardio down, too much cardio can inhibit fat loss. I would do 2-3 45min-1hr low intensity sessions on non-workout days...test isn't necessarily going to make you gain a lot of size and can actually help you lose more fat by allowing you to maintain more muscle while in a caloric deficit for a cut. More muscle means higher metabolism which means more fat burned...no steroid is going to burn fat that is all based on diet...to get rid of the water just up your water intake, more water in = more water out...imo you are completely wasting your time with running winstrol only...you would have been better off with an ECA stack imo

no you don't need an AI as winstrol doesn't aromatize
 
thanks and i trust your guys opinion. well i already have it and have 22 days to go and honestly maybe its the cleaner diet or the cardio but i am noticing some definate vascular changes especially in the obvious places like my forearms and biceps. i really wanted to stay away from anything injectable and don't have a really good source anyway, so will it hurt me if i just go ahead and finish the cycle

it's not going to hurt you, but I'd suggest that you get some NAC and ALA for liver support...winstrol is very harsh on the liver

im sure clen is anti-catabolic, and I wouldnt bother with the t3.

yeah as you say just run a mid dose test course, test prop aromatises less so I'd go with that if ur looking to cut

clen has never been shown to be anti-catabolic in humans, only in pigs and horses who have many many more beta receptors than us

Clen alone is a good idea, test is not needed with it.
Not a bad idea to have test when taking t3 for the muscle wasting as mentioned, but its not really needed when t3 stays at a normal dose below 50mcg. Just ensure there are additional CLEAN calories in you.
 
I have to agree with maakshif here, winny only is not a good idea- I would say largely due to the fact that winny is very bad on your ligaments (it makes the collagen brittle) and there is nothing in there to counteract that or lubricate the joints. Also, at 50mgs a day of winny alone that is not going to be very strong.

That said my brother just ran a winny only cycle for 8 weeks at 50, then at some point 75, mgs a day. He probably gained a few pounds of muscle and lost a few pounds of fat (like 4-5 pounds) . So there was definately some effect but not a whole lot. He had also been having knee problems before hand and it seemed to hurt worse while he was on. I used winny once when I was 17 (too young) with test prop and it was fine, but that was with prop.

For the money you could have gotten test and adex which would have worked better. And if it is in part because you don't want to inject then you could have used a transdermal (test base w/DMSO in a base of some sort (I never use them so I forget exactly what but the recipe is out there) and most bases and acetate esters will go through pretty well, I'm not sure about prop but some people say that can be transdermal too. With acetate you might be able to apply it once a day, with base I would do it twice.
