Wine + Mdma = A GOOD THING! (try this)

I usually only drink alcohol either on it's own or when i'm coming down off everything else.
It's a nice way to finish the night and makes it easier for me to pass out since i have insomnia.
If i mix it with other stuff (excluding weed) i just end up feeling drunk and i may as well have not taken anything else.
 
A try to have a coupple beers with some watter inbetween right before i hit bed.

its a nice buzz. helps get to sleep and keep me there.

But i dont think alcohol mutes the effects of mdma. its been prooven to actually potentiate it. i remember someone posting studys.

mabey you were just REALLY hammerd. and you had a week pill.

Everyone reacts slightly different to every substance,
Lots of my pals drink when they roll and they say they roll for longer.
when i drink on a roll it just kills it.
maybe i'm weird, but if i'm rolling i don't even want to be drunk,
so i steer clear of the liquor til later in the night

As this is, ostensibly, a harm-reduction site, I'm surprised nobody's pointed out the potential dangers of mixing mdma and alcohol.

I'm an old head, but unless things have changed since my days, alcohol plus mdma risks liver failure.

[plus, why dull the come up with the depressive effects of alcohol? But that's just me.]

This post isn't saying "drink 64 gallons of everclear and then eat a pill"
there are specific directions and they don't seem to me to be very dangerous.

I, personally, have never heard of anyone experiencing liver failure from mixing a quarter glass of wine and a quarter of a pill. But that's just me.

The alcohol kinda takes away from the uneasy feeling of the come up!

Three posts in four years and you pick something as asinine as this to post? I'm pretty sure that alcohol contributes to liver failure perfectly fine without the aide of MDMA. And I'm speaking as someone who won't be rolling for a long time,if ever again. Hell,I'm speaking as someone with common sense. How did you become a bluelighter after only three posts anyways?

What drug is this (so I can avoid the fuck out of it). I remember taking acid reducers (got the idea from BL) in hopes that it could help the pill absorb better.

Also, to whoever mentioned Sangria, I would say that could be risky due to the unpredictable nature of what the fruit will do. The dissolved MDMA could end up highly concentrated in one piece of fruit, leaving that one person rolling face and everyone else wondering why they got shafted.

well we didn't sip and pass

we just took a pill and drank wine and/or beer with it.

Gonna have to try this when I get home on leave in about 2.5 weeks :) Haven't rolled in over 6 months and have been really looking forward to it!

Supposed to be some good pills from Amsterdam too :)

Yep. Glad to see I'm not the only one who finds e comeups nerve wracking as all hell.

One pint of good beer does it for me.

I'd just like to say, that I tried this and here are my results:

Got one pill. Crushed it up. Put it in a shot of vodka. Waited 30 minutes. Downed the shot. And it was a pretty average roll.

This is what my friend did:

Got one pill. Cut it in half. Crushed one half of it and put it in a shot of vodka. Waited like a minute, downed it. An hour later, took the other half (swallowed it). And she was rolling ballz!! She couldn't even walk or anything.

If anything, I SHOULD BE ROLLING HARDER THAN HER, RIGHT??

I don't know if it's her tolerance or anything because this was the first time rolling with her. But I mean, c'mon! =(

Like with all users of mdma, results may vary, i cant say what happend to you is "unusual" or "usual"

this seems to be a hit or miss subject.......... but majority are leaning to the side that alcohol helps the roll.

Totally trying this. Maybe not with wine though, since it's not my fav....maybe take an antacid first, then with a strong mimosa? Sounds good to me. (the antacid is for neutralizing the acids from the OJ in the mimosa). Any thoughts?
 
Does it have wine in particular, or just anything alcoholic? Have you tried it with other types of alcohol? Maybe its got to do with something special in wine, because i think everyone has tried beer ect. with pills.

Instead of wine...how about putting the pill into a martini? This is more for girls, hehe...but ive always found martinis to give me a nice buzz...so imagine dropping a pill into ur martini and sipping that...must be good

wine seems to be the best bet.
 
Ever notice that wine will get you a buzz pretty fast?--faster then other drinks? The sugar content is higher so it hits the blood stream FAST! --------Now does the wine take the MDMA along for a fast ride too???????????? I will try this! Sounds like it could work.---------------Does it matter if the wine is red,white,or blush??
