Hello,

I was wondering if anyone has attempted to IV amfonelic acid aka WIN 25,978. It seems to be only slightly soluble in water. However, it's very expensive and I want to get the most out of it. It says it's soluble in 10% NaOH, but I'd rather not attempt to inject something like that heh.

I would love to hear about peoples' experiences with IV amfonelic acid, if anyone has even done that.

Thanks!

Someone on JK just accused "Well your child eats poo" ! Sorry, off topic. What is WIN 25.978? It sounds like it should be a synthetic cannabinoid. Why would you want to i.v.that.?

And you're quite right, injecting sodium hydroxide is not on.
I just looked it up. It's a new one on me but 150% the potency of dexedrine? Use good needle practice i.e sterile single use. I'd be interested to know how you get on with this.

Do not shoot NaOH! Very bad idea I would imagine. I got a burn on my lip from aluminium hydroxide once and it hurt like a bitch I'd imagine shooting lye into your veins would be a no-no. But why inject something thats more potent than dexedrine, dex has no rush or euphoria when shot. Just go with good ice.

dissolve it in a minimum amount of 10% bicarbonate solution and then dilute it down with distilled water.

you can in theory inject NaOH, just not a lot of it. it is after all used to adjust pH in medicines usually alongside HCl. you would have to precisely measure a very small amount of lye solution and check the pH afterwards. this is too much work for most so don't bother with it or you'll get hurt.

It seems that if this compound is a DRI not a DRA there would be very little point i.v.ing it as there would be no appreciable rush. Apparently this stuff has antibiotic properties as well, and regular use would be a bad idea as antibiotic resistance could build up. All in all, the more I read about this the less I think it's a good idea. I'm still intrigued tho'.......
