will tramadol cause precip wd with sub or not??

Ok here's the situation, haven't used dope in about 16 hours, but I have used clonazepam and tramadol to keep the wds managable. I have suboxone at my disposal but it does not give me any sort of relief like it used to. Still not sure why, and my doctor didn't believe me when I told him it wasn't helping the H withdrawals like it always had before. So I'm hoping after 24 hours or so the sub may actually work, even though I am in full blown withdrawals 10-12 hours of cold turkey from dope. So with the 300 mg of tramadol in my system cause precip wds when I take my suboxone at the 24 hour mark? I will be taking The suboxone about 7 hours after tramadol dose. I've searched and searched for answers on this but can't get a clear cut experienced answer. Anyone?
