I have hundreds of old empty baggies of coke that iv bought obviously theres still coke stuck to the insides of the bags, i have a lot of bags so was thinking instead of cutting them open and scraping whats left (which i think might add up to a lot considering how many there is) could i put out a plate with some water on and dip all the baggies in the water till there clean, remove the baggies then wait for the water to evaporate and expect to see some coke?

Yes but the results depend on the quality of the product, as the cuts will have a lower boiling point, so can ruin it a bit.

Put all the bags in a pot (do in batches if you have loads of bags) and soak them in water, stirring with a spoon. Pour the water on to a good quality non stick teflon pan (make sure there's no scratches) and heat at the lowest setting only. Use electric if possible but you can also use gas as there's no poisonous fumes with water.

Just make sure you keep it low, and maybe put on top of a pot, to get some more height away from the heat if it starts to boil.

It will take a while but will start to evaporate and eventually you will end up with a sticky goo that you will need to break down/crack with a spoon or a card in the pan.

Eventually it will dry enough that it will powder.

I use lejunk's acetone and methanol methods to wash gear.

Your just doing some of this process so can disregard the majority.

I've found that coke that has been added to water discolours a bit compared to the colour you get after doing an acetone & methanol wash btw.
 
Cocaine hydrochloride is soluble in water, so it ought to work. However, if you got caught while the stuff was still in solution, The Authorities might take a lot of persuading that you weren't partway through converting it into freebase .....
 
^Why are the authorities being mentioned? :? he's got a few bags with a bit in the bottom, it's not exactly a gang of yardies cooking up food for the neighborhood.

Depends on what cuts is in the bags presuming not all of it is grade A disco shit. I'd just rip them all open and dab them if I was OP.

This was my next sentence -

I would think that an iron would be too hard to keep level and a toaster would be too dangerous to be kept on that long.

I have found that an iron will sit upright balanced between a standard pair of sneakers ?
