I don't know but I'm pretty sure they don't allow legal questions here on Bluelight anymore unfortunately. You'd best ask your PO or a lawyer to be sure.
 
depends on the state. In reality though, a PO can vioate you for just about anything. Even if you get a lawyer to overturn the decision, its the PO who will send you to jail, then you have to get out. safer just to not do it
 
Yeah sometimes I've heard they can be real cunts. Probation is often setup so that many are almost certain to fail with the rules being so stringent. A lot of the time they apparently don't even allow legal alcohol, so I really can't see them allowing you to grow cannabis which is illegal under federal law. Even if they don't find out I wouldn't risk it. Once the probation period is over, grow to your heart's content. In the meantime save up for all the equipment and make preparations. Don't give them a reason to violate you.
