Will this speed up the rate of thc?

I'm 18 years old, 5'10 and only about 119 pounds with an EXTREMELY fast metabolism. sorry for posting against forum rules before but i edited this. so just for the knowledge, would these apply to getting thc out of ones body faster:

I take dextroamphetamine IR and ER every day for narcolepsy. Since this speeds up my body will it also help thc get out faster?

I have a sauna at my house (ive never used it) would this help speed up the process?

i would like to hear everyone's advice. thanks
