Will this rate of use cause minor w/d's or addiction?

First off, I don't IV. I insufflate hydromorphone.

I gabbed a 24mg of hydromorphone on January 14th and spaced out doses daily (skipping one day in the middle) and finished it off on the 19th.

On the 20th I got 60mg morphine which I took orally (all of it) that night.

On the 22nd I got 3x5mg percocets and took them all orally that night.

Last night (23rd) I got another 24mg of hydromorphone and did a bit then (~5mg).

I was planning on using another ~5mg tonight and ~5mg tomorrow until my doctors appointment thursday to deal with peripheral neuropathy in my leg/foot (which has now developed to excruciating pain). But, my girlfriend has some concern, so I figured I'd get some 3rd party advice.

EDIT: I am aware opiates aren't exactly great for nerve pain. But I don't have any pregabalin or gabapentin lol. No valium even :'(, for a few days anyway lol.

You may run into some slight WD symptoms; hydromorphone is pretty "heavy" in my experience in terms of opiates. I would probably discontinue dosing until you go to the doctor. That way when you go you won't be hazy from the drugs and can give a proper assessment of your physical capacity to your doc. This will allow more appropriate analysis of your condition (aka proper medication).

I expect that psychologically you are already addicted. If you keep this pattern up you WILL experience WD's.
