This one's up in the air, but for me personally, I know for a fact it would.
I spend a lot of psychedelic energy in an MDMA experience. Some people say MDMA doesn't have cross tolerance with psychedelics but since MDMA is a psychedelic (for me and many others) it definitely has cross tolerance. I know them 5HT2a receptors are getting stimulated by MDMA thereby causing cross tolerance with LSD.
I've done 2C-I the day after MDMA and got next to no psychedelic effects.
YMMV but there's likely to be cross tolerance. Also an MDMA hangover is no state to take LSD in. Some people are immune to MDMA hangovers so it might not affect you. Only you knwo how these things work in your body. Also 3-4 days is usually an "okay" amount of time for psychedelic cross tolerance to go down, but more time is better.
LSD dosage/tolerance thread, might be some MDMA info in there, use the "search this thread function" and type in "MDMA".

Well if you use it tonight it might effect it but as long as you dont have a tolerance or used anything else recently it wouldnt effect it that drastically if you did it saturday or sunday.
