Will this AYA tincture work

Can I make a tincture of Diplopterys Cabrerana leaf and a separate tincture of syrian rue, or B Caapi and have an Ayahuasca experience. I would evaporate down to good and cap or if its liquid I would mix it with some juice, I can't stand drinking traditional AYA anymore Ive enjoyed the taste one too many times.

I would inject the MAOI a half hour before the DMT tincture.

Will this work or now.

151 proof bacardi would be my solvent
