Will the tramadol I took yesterday ruin tomorrow?

I took 200mg of Tramadol yesterday, was lovely. However, I'd forgotton that tomorrow myself and some friends had made plans to do Mephedrone and I'm wondering since Tramadol releases serotonin, will it mean that I won't get the full euphoria and empathic feelings?

You may not get the 100% effects from mephedrone but you will still feel the effects of mephedrone and it won't be too different from usual, that is my opinion though, and not based on personal experience.

I think I have heard that it taking tramadol with other serotonegenic drugs is pretty dangerous though, so maybe you should not take mephedrone tomorrow, I think it was shambles that described a particular bad episode of serotonin syndrome after taking a serotonegenic drug not long after doing Tramadol.

Have a bit of a research using the search function and you should find some more answers

If you took tram yesterday and are planning on doing meph tomorrow (24-48 hours between the 2 drugs) you should be fine.

I would wait another day to do it. last time i took tram the next day i popped 80mg of vyvance and it was not pleasent. I threw up muliple times and dont remember half the day. i did take 400mg tho and was still kinda feeling it when i took the vyvance the next day. But if you feel clear headed enough i say go for it.

tramadol is not a SSRI, it is a serotonin releaser.

Tramadol is an SNRI like Effexor (only it has activity at the mu receptors)
