I think you are looking at the wrong operative word here lads. Can the plane take off not will the plane take off. It's a Boeing 747 for christ sake!
Where are your calcs?
The plane's speed relative to the surrounding air is effectively zero. Without air movement over the wings there is no lift. Plane cannot take off, but tyres will eventually burn out.
