I have looked all over the internet trying to find people who had success. My problem is is I took to much gabapentin and I'm going to run out soon. I want to know if I use the phenibut as little as possible. That it will help ease the withdrawals.

It's difficult to predict since gabapentin/pregabalin withdrawal is a relatively new phenomenon. Many of the anecdotes that exist don't discuss effective ways to treat this withdrawal. The only way to discover whether or not it would be effective is to try it.

From experience, loperamide works very well at treating the symptoms.

Yes. To a certain degree, clonazepam is helpful during pregabalin/gabapentin withdrawal.

Bad idead to take phenibut in my experience. I C/T'd from 3200mg of neurontin a day and felt shitty but it was nowhere NEAR as bad as phenibut withdrawal that only took two weeks of daily use to attain.

Clonazepam should be used the first few days if you can avoid getting hooked on that otherwise just have a few drinks per day and shack up in bed with some good books you'll be fine in less than a week.

Ya I got liftmode 200 grams this time and tried it. It's not as good as having the gabapentin but oh well. I'm really tired of being on the drug and running out before my due date.

For the love of god, wean slowly off the gabapentin by slowly tapering week by week.

This cannot be reiterated enough: If you're having issues with one drug, replacing it with an OTC drug (you also have to take in the gram range) is setting yourself up for failure.

If you're using gabapentin for anxiety, I would suggest memantine and/or a solid SSRI (escitalopram/sertraline).

Oh and definitely don't pick up a k-pin habit either...
