Opioids Will one 30mg Roxi do anything?

I take on average about 4mg of suboxone a day. The last time I used heroin was about 2-3 weeks ago. Usually when I shoot dope after suboxone I start out with a 4-5 bag shot but I may need that much because it's hard as hell to wait 24hrs+ when you already have the heroin in your hands, I usually wait like 18-22hrs. I'm going to wait 30hrs+ for the roxi.

One bag of dope here weighs around 20mg, don't know the purity but my state has the highest quality dope in the country. You guys think 1 30mg roxi will get me high if I shoot it? My guess is it'll equal around 2 bags, which would probably give me a buzz.
 
Umm, can you get ahold of one more? I don't think one will do that much, espcially you being on Subs... I take between 4-8mg of Subs daily for a year and take a break from it everymonth just about...What I do is shoot my Sub at .5-1mg once a day for 4 days(only time I shoot my subs is when I'm planning a vacation,it lowers the half-life to 12 hours) then the day I go out and get something I wait as long as I can then shoot that(usually 60-90mg). I've been on about 8mg of Sub for a year.
 
Won't do much no not at the dose of Suboxone your taking. If you wait 30 hours the blocking effect will still be present too so not only is your tolerance way bigger than a 30mg Roxi but your receptors are blocked.
Taper down to 1mg of Suboxone over a week then stop that for 24 hours and try taking the Roxi. That is if you don't want to waste it or you could also wait a week without any Suboxone for your tolerance to drop a little and for the Suboxone to clear your system. If you've been takknf 4mgs of Suboxone then you've been doing alot more opiates than 30mg Roxi so it won't even compare. It will most likely just take the edge of your withdrawal for an hour or two. Not Worth it at all i say stick to Suboxone.
 
^^ I only have one it was given to me. I can buy heroin, buying roxis would be such a waste of money. I was just wondering since buprenorphine is soo weak compared to other opioids even thought it's more potent. I guess I'll save it for when I buy more dope to add to the high. It's not worth all that hassle for a 3hr high lol.
 
If you're going to do it, don't IV.

Oxycodone has a very high BA when taken orally and the small increase you'd get from injecting it isn't worth the risk. There's no rush and shooting all the fillers in that pill would be horrible for your veins. The only safe way to inject these kind of pills is with a wheel filter (cotton is completely inadequate) and honestly it's not worth the hassle.

Yes, it's potent but it isn't weak. But because it's a partial agonist it doesn't have many of the effects of a full agonist opioid (euphoria, sedation). I agree, you're better off saving the oxycodone as 30mg isn't going to do much even if you wait till you're in full withdrawal and you'll just wish you had more.

I'm with everyone else, the sub will probably block it, so not worth the waste.

I've never done needles or iv'd any drugs, so can't advise you.

A 30 snorted, gives me a boost more so than orally taking it.

Be careful either way, as your tolerance may be down some from the break.
 
^ the BA of oral oxycodone is like 65-85%, the BA of I.V. would be 100% plus the peak plasma levels would be instant (& greater) instead of taking 1.5hrs to peak orally.

Oral BA should be on the higher end of that spectrum, closer to 90% if you take it on an empty stomach with some grape fruit juice. And the risk that comes with injection of this pill still isn't worth the reward, especially with no rush.

Always assumed H was waaaaay stronger

Oh and re your q OP, you probably won't even feel it, best donating it to someone like me ;)
 
If subs works like methadone it will certainly block the effects, except that I would have to decrease my dosage considerably 72 hours in advance.
It´s counterproductive so I don´t even try.
But have had lots of oxy IR, even 500/600 mg, and nothing..
And you have to be careful in order to prevent taking too much.
I´ve learnt that heroin is not that stronger than oxys. Maybe not as strong at all.

The only way to compare them would be if you had 30mg of pure heroin in which case it would be stronger than 30mg oxycodone though not "waaaay stronger" ;) Bags vary in weight and purity, so there's no way to compare bags vs pills.

Eta: depending on ROA of course. Assuming you meant IV.
 
Soo I decided to I.V. it. It's been about 23hrs since my last dose of 2mg of suboxone. I figured it wasn't gonna do much anyway & I got it basically for free so I'd use the experience as an experiment to compare oxy to heroin. I snorted 50mg of hydroxyzine 10min before to potentate it. I must say I'm not disappointed. I have an itchy nose, pinned pupils, & mild euphoria. I'd say it's equal to about 1.5 bags, 30mg of NJ street heroin. I really really wanna get some heroin now it's soo cheap here lol.

IME bupe is so weak it won't get me high even with no tolerance. I know everyone is different, I hear of opioid naive people saying bupe is like dope but more intense... Im jealous of those people haha.

90 percent is not very likely at all the oral BA is more like 70-80 percent and even less for some people with defects in the metabolic pathways oxycodone takes before reaching the brain. Its a common misconception that the oral BA is almost as high as IV use but its simply not that high maybe in some people they can be up around 80-85% but generally its more like 70% for the average population. There is high interindividual variability in the activity of metabolizing enzymes catalysing the oxidation of oxycodone. Examples are cytochrome P450 (CYP) 2D6 and 3A genes. Due to genetic polymorphisms and/or drug interactions. The effects of CYP2D6 and CYP3A activity modulation on the pharmacokinetics of oxycodone remains poorly explored. Grapefruit juice can increase oral BA but not in a signifigant way. Some people get significantly more oxycodone absorbed through intranasal delivery when compared to oral use. Some people only absorb 40-50 percent orally.

Oh believe me I know that. When I'm running hard I usually shoot at least 30 bags a day up to a brick (50 bags). Tolerence builds quicker than just about any other drug except psychedelics & if you take a break & go back itll be as high is it was at the peak of your addiction in a week or less with daily use.

I didn't say 90, I said closer to 90 as in the higher end of the spectrum.
 
I just shot 2 bags of heroin and OMG it's soo much better. I'm fucked up right now lol, I did take 1mg of xanax a half hour before though, but heroin is superior in every way. The rush is magnificent & I love that taste u get from a shot after main lining it... delicious lol. I'm bout to smoke a fat joint to turn things up to da max in this bitch.

Okay just saying cause he said 65-80% and you wrote its more like 90%. There's a big difference between 90 and 70% or even 80-90% event though it may not seem like much. It would have to be a pretty special set of circumstances to make the oral BA 90% and would take more than grapefruit juice to get it up that high.
