I had my levels checked at 520 ng/dl. I am on TRT at a dose of 200 mg of test cypionate a week. I've been on TRT for close to 3 months. So my question is will my natural test production stop completely while i am on trt?
 
yes. It definitely will.Any time you apply exogenous hormones to your body that equals or exceeds your natural test production your balls will shut off and atrophy.

You are doing an AAS cycle, not TRT, and you shouldn't be doing AAS if you do not already know the answer to questions such as these. AAS are safe when used correctly. used incorrectly they will most definitely fuck you up.

Not trying to be a dick but there is a reason these drugs are script items in most countries, as such you should do your due diligence before hopping on a cycle. Go to your doctor, and hit him up for a script of nolvadex or get some black market shit. run @ 20mg/day for 4 weeks starting ~10days following your last shot of cyp for PCT and you should be right. In future do your research BEFOREHAND, not on the fly
 
do you see estrogen aromatize to a point where gyno starts to develop with a dose of 200mg test cyp a week, i'm concerned because some people can get away with not using an AI at that dose while others cannot
 
As with other drugs the extent to which you experience negative sides will differ from person to person. I personally have never had a problem with gyno or my body not reacting well to high estrogen on doses of test e up to 500mg/week, on the one ocasion i went higher i ran exemestane through the cycle and used nolva for off cycle.

I'm going to refrain from saying yes you will or no you will not need it because you wont know until you start (even on such a low dose); because of this if you are unsure as to how you will react it is always important to have them on hand because they will be the only thing between you running through your course with minimal problems and potentially getting man boobs surgically removed. If you can get it Exemestane is an excellent AI and you only have to dose half a tab every 3 days so it lasts. The worst case scenario if you do take an AI without having gyno is your cycle will be slightly more effective because of the increase in anabolism due to lowered estrogen. be careful not to overdo the AI's as estrogen is required for healthy functioning body in males so you don't want to completely inhibit your estrogen production.

would you mind clarifying what they mean by sensitive nipples? like when you touch it you experience a tingling sensation?
 
no problem man, im more than happy to help but i do still advocate educating yourself as it will also help maximize the benefits from your cycle.

As for the sensitive nipples; i have never experienced any gyno related symptoms myself i believe it is general sensitivity but you would experience some discomfort (maybe tingling) when they're touched. I have heard that you can also feel a small lump of tissue develop if you rub the nipple between 2 fingers. i guess if you feel something not right with your nipples then i would start taking your meds for it stat.

It would be worth discussing your cycle with your doctor next time you go as they can advise you on a more personal level in terms of medications you are taking (drug interactions) and most importantly how jumping on a cycle may interact with any medical condition. They should be happy to help as its their job to have your health as their #1 priority irrespective of any therapeutic/recreational drugs you choose to take.

Hi There.... I assume by you stating being on TRT, you have been diagnosed by a Dr as having low endogenous (natural) testosterone production, hence his prescribing 200mg testosterone cypionate/week..?

If this is correct you will be on TRT for life, and yes it is likely whilst injecting exogenous testosterone, endogenous production will cease..

It is unlikely you should suffer from gyno on 200mg/week, so don't unduly worry yourself... Obviously this can be person dependent and due to a plethora of factors...

Keep BF% low, as the aromatase enzyme that converts testosterone to estrogen is found largely in adipose (fat) tissue... Lower BF, lower aromatisation to E2...

By injecting half the dose 2X/week you can lower the initial plasma spike, which can reduce the likelihood of aromatisation via CYP19A1 or DHT conversion via 5-alpha reductase...

i also kinda f cked up for the first time injecting. i've done it 5 times before it all went well. but today as i pulled the needle out of my glutes A LOT of blood came out like a river and i had to apply pressure for about 15 seconds then it stopped. does this mean i hit a vein? and did all the testosterone leak out?

It's quite likely you did hit a vein, it happens occasionally nothing to worry about... Remember the needle does penetrate quite deep into muscle tissue, veins are usually closer to the surface therefore the bolus should mostly stay at the point of injection as opposed to leaking out..

i aspirated before i pushed down on the plunger and air bubbles came in, so i MUST have hit it on the way in. as far as injecting goes, i dont think i injected into a vein
 
I had my blood checked the day right before i was supposed to inject my next dose. what do you think of a free testosterone level of 38.6 ng/dl?
