Will mixing methadone and lisdexamphamines be fatal?

If 20mg of hydrocodone does you good, then you have no business fucking around with methadone...so much more potent...first dose is too unpredictable in terms of the BA unless you snort it, and then that would be WAY to potent...

I disagree. 20mg of hydrocodone would get me a good high and I decided to try methadone. Got 40mgs and tried a dose of 10mg and 15mg. It was never to much or overwhelming. Nice long lasting opiate high. I took it orally for the 10mg, and plugged the 15mg dose days later.

Also tried 5mg of methadone one night when I messed up dosing Adderall and not much was felt.

You should be fine if you're very careful with the dosages. Mixing stimulants and opiates is more dangerous as the one hides the effects of the other so it's very easy to take too much thinking you'll be fine, and end up OD'ing. I agree with above posters who said maybe you should take methadone if you've barely got any opiate experience, no point in starting with something so strong - go with hydros instead. Just be careful to take lower doses of both than you would were you taking them individually.
