Will Methylone be legal again?

Not sure if this question is allowed to be asked here, and if not please close but.....Is the emergency scheduling on Methylone over in October (assuming it is not extended), and if it is over will it be available for purchase again, similar to what happened to TFMPP. Think it's kinda odd both Mephedrone and MDPV were just passed schedule 1 and this was left off the list.

Will not happen.

To the DEA, Emergency scheduling = ban right the fuck now because we say so. They'll fabricate pseudo-science as to how dangerous it is, and find a way to justify making it permanently illegal since they're the experts and get to make the final call, not to mention more illegal chems, more funding for the DEA.

Its just a ruse to make it look like they actually are impartial, rather than wanting to ban everything under the sun that isn't protected by a powerful industry lobby (alc, tobacco, pharm).

But to answer your question, I think unless the DEA says anything most of the cathinones will revert to legal on Oct 21.
