will kratom get me high if ive taken harder opiates recently?

Maybe, maybe not. It depends on how much hydromorph you took and the dose needed to catch a buzz, we need more info.
 
well, anywhere between 3-6 mg to get high, but I could easily finish 24 mg in the span of about 5-6 hours, and one day recently I took 42 mg throughout the day. hope you can give me an answer based on that. I will say about 3-4 months ago when I had not used any opiates besides codeine for about 4 months, it would take me like 12 grams of mid quality kratom to achieve the type of high I wanted, but I enjoy the more opiated feeling of kratom you get at higher doses as opposed to the sort of stimulating effect you get from lower doses.
 
That's quite a bit of dilaudid, chances are kratom probably won't scratch that itch. You might get a bit of a mood lift but nothing too strong, not if you can easily eat 24mgs in a few hours, and recently ate 42mgs in a day. I'm sure a small break would bring your tolerance down to a level where you'd get a little something though. 3-6mgs alone isn't a huge dose but still, kratom is very weak compared to hydromorph and I'm sure your recent dabbles would really put a dent in what kratom has to offer.
