Nothing specific really, just been watching various vids showing Antifa members acting like utter morons. Now, I realise that many of these videos are pushing a right wing narrative, but the underlying message is hard to ignore

Why the masks? Either they're ashamed of being identified or they genuinely have something to hide.

Why are they so violent against anyone that doesn't agree with them?

What's with the all black uniform and nazi/islamic style iconograpy?




Seems to me like they have a cause/ideology far removed from actually combating fascism.

Masks are for self-preservation. Nazis tend to be a tad vindictive and will literally murder - not just punch, murder - antifascist group members.

Also, it’s classed as a terrorist organisation in America (despite being a description not an organisation) so, again, self-preservation.

They’re only violent towards literal Nazis. So get a pass on that imo.

Fascism is a form of governance informed by ethnonationism, extreme suppression of political opposition and a joining of executive and corporate institutions.
