Will I have a safe trip with DXM and the combined substances?

Alright.

So I got Mucinex Relief DM and Triple Cs with APAP.

I did the math. I have close to 0 DXM tolerance, a healthy liver(I don't drink and I hardly EVER take anything with APAP or anything else that effects the liver)

I plan on taking 10 of the Triple Cs, which is 20 CPM(2 CPM each tablet), 150 DXM(15 DXM each tablet), and 5000 APAP(500 APAP each tablet.). I understand I am going over the 4000 limit, but I heard its safe to occasionally go over it. And again, I have a healthy liver.

Now, the Mucinex Relief. Contains 20 DXM and 400 guaifensen. I know guaf can be hard on the stomach at doses over 2400 so I don't plan on going over that.

So doing the math, I am ingesting:
270mg of DXM(I have no tolerance, so this should be enough)
5000mg APAP
20mg CPM
2400mg Guaf.


Will this just end up making me feel sick? Would it be safe to up the dosage at all on anything?

I am 5'11, 220lbs.

Don't use triple C's to get high; get some dxm only products.

I've tripped on DXM twice.

Once with DXM as the only ingredient.
Other time with the Triple Cs containing just DXM and CPM.

The trip with the Triple Cs was definitely more euphoric and produced more hallucinations. It actually made me lose control of myself because I wanted the high to get even better so I took 7mg of Lorazepam, .5mg of Xanax, and 4g of Gabapentin. Just made me pass out lol. I regret doing this to because I loved the high so much and was just getting started. The DXM dosage was lower on Triple Cs too. I'm sure it's because of the antihistamine CPM that I experienced a more vivid high.

I'm not scared of tripping on Triple Cs. However, I'm not sure what adding 5g of APAP and 2.4g of Guaf will do to me.
 
Even though you might think it is safe to go over the 4000mg mark of APAP (which is meant to be more than 4000mg in 24h, not all at once) it will likely cause some liver damage which you might not notice until later in life.
DXM only products are not hard to find.

Read up un APAP toxicity. Don't risk losing your liver. Really.

Taking 5g of acetaminophen is a terrible idea. Quote from Wikipedia:

"While generally safe for use at recommended doses (1,000 mg per single dose and up to 4,000 mg per day for adults), even small overdoses can be fatal. The ratio between fatal doses and therapeutic doses (the therapeutic index) is much smaller than for other over-the-counter painkillers. According to the US Food and Drug Administration as little as 25 percent above the maximum daily dose can cause liver damage when taken over several days."

4g is the max dose for adults, 25% over that is 5g. If you only do it one time, probably you won't die, but you're definitely stressing your liver. Why take that risk? There are plenty of DXM products that don't have acetaminophen or other additives in them.
 
If you are going to do DXM, buy syrup or cough gels containing only DXM. Taking Triple C's to get high is a foolish decision
 
Please don't do this, crimsoncash. Even if you were to take the 10 CCCs and nothing else, it's still too much, having no tolerance. Don't think that because you tried it once, it will be the same again. So many things can go wrong!

Overdosing on APAP is also considered a bad idea, for reasons already mentioned.

I know it's easy to think that since you already spent the money on these things, that you might as well get your money's worth. If this is how you feel, then only use the CCCs in very small amounts (2 tablets max) to enhance other trips.
 
It's not safe to consume large amounts of these preparates.

Find a formula that only contains DXM or figure out how to properly process/purify the actives...
 
I did it about a hour and a half ago.

Started to feel slighty nauseous, however, I took about 25mg of promethazine and it seemed to settle my stomach done. Feel pretty good atm.

Reason why I did this is because there are no DXM-only drugs at my local pharmacy or dollar store.

No drug is safe to take recreationally, there is always a risk. I just wanted to make sure the risk wasn't fatal. I'm going through benzo withdrawals and am looking for anyway to get high. I'm desperate.
 
5 g of apap? Wow how incredibly ignorant.. pray for your liver, it might be healthy now but you won't be able to say that much longer on your path -.-

You asked if it was dangerous. Yes.

The problem with paracetamol toxicity is that it's not immediately fatal. It's a long, painful process:

You have been warned and advised, now hopefully there are sustainable options available to you that will get you high...

Take some N-acetyl-cysteine for the liver drowning in APAP.

damn you did all this to your body and your going through benzo withdrawals? Benzo withdrawals themselves can be Fatal.. and cause seizures.. you need to go to a hospital detox unit and deal with it that way.. taking dxm may only make things worse.. and why get the stuff with all the crap in it.. are you like 15? if so you don't need to be doing any of this.. if your in wd and you took all of that stuff. go see a doctor immediately!~
 
Guys this was a one time thing. It wasnt worth it anyways. I did 300mg which is 2nd plateau and I had zero hallucinations. Just a little euphoria. Wasnt worth it. I have learned my lesson. I am feeling no symptoms of APAP liverOD
