I relapsed on oxycodone. I’ve been stable at 1mg buprenorphine 2 x daily. Tonight I skipped my evening dose and took 30-45mg of oxy. When can I take my sub? Should I wait till I go into withdrawal or since I’m fairly saturated can I take my morning dose? Pls lmk asap my doctor is out of town. Thank you

Please let me know this is now day two without buprenorphine. I’m going to stop tonight by 11:30 p.m. and try to wait at least 12 hours. Do you think that we will be enough and should I slowly introduce it like 0.125 mg or 0.25 mg or do you think I’m safe to take my 1 mg? I’m just really scared of precept please if anybody has updates for me or advice that would be great.

Hey man hope you are ok I am usually ok to take a sub like two hours after my last dose of oxy and vice versa.
The last time I took sub was three hours after I had took 180mg of oxy intranasal and my friend was gobsmaked though he reckons it’s because my tolerance is so damn high so not sure how it will work for you so I would suggest taking as small a dose as possible to start with and see if you are ok as I might just be wired differently

Hey @pnillyg you've gotta get out of this cycle. You're spinning out man. You have come so far in your journey to getting stable on Buprenorphine.
Im only saying this because I know you and we have a history. You have gotta stop messing around or the consequences could be harsh
The first time you push it too far and end up in PW, youre likely going to run for Opioids to make it better. This will just continue your provess of spinning out worse and worse.
Get back on your Buprenorphine and forget the Oxycodone or it could cost you everythibg man
