will i go back into opiate withdrawal if i take ultram?

i've been on suboxone for 7 years, finally detoxed off of it. still have this major anxiety all the time, even though the sickness for the most part is gone. it's been 4 weeks since i started the detox, 2 weeks since the major withdrawals, and the last 2 weeks have just been no sleep and major anxiety in the pit of my stomach. if i took an ultram 50mg, once it wears off, will i be going back into opiate withdrawals after 3 or 4 weeks clean from suboxone? the anxiety is crushing and i'm running out of the ativan and clonidine the doctor wrote me to last these last 2 weeks and he's out of town... sorry if this is the wrong forum, and thanks in advance
